3 large Abalones and 4 sea cucambers and your desiered quantity of onion, brokely, culliflower, shanghi bock choi or sui choi bamboo shoots ,
1. Stir fry sliced garlic with oil on hot wok or pan
2 add sliced abalones and sea cucambers till cooked
.remove to plate
3. add all vegetables into same hot pan keep sirring till cooked
4. Add cooked abalone and seacucamber
5. Mix well all ingridents
6 marinate with oyster sauce as you desiere .
7. add 1or 2 table spoon of corn starch or potato starch well mixed with water
